Game Review
Richmond thought they had turned the corner after 10 dismal years with a 9 goal victory over reigning premiers, Collingwood. But an average Carlton team brought them straight back to earth. On debut, Michael James the son of Carlton brownlow medalist John James would earn a brownlow vote.
