Game Review
Spirited Demons Dazzle Melbourne confirms its high ranking with a spirited 23 point victory over reigning premier Carlton. The Demons are kept goalless in the first term, but claw their way back into the match after quarter-time in tenacious fashion. A lack of enthusiasm lets Carlton down and coach Robert Walls has problems as he prepares the Blues for their big clash with arch rival Collingwood at the MCG on Saturday. - Tony Greenberg Inside Football.
