Game Review
The Blues pull off a dominant win against the Hawks to book their spot in a Preliminary Final once again. Their momentum will be tough to stop, with their 46-point win the sixth-biggest finals win of all time. Setting finals records with total kicks, forward 50 marks and points from turnovers, the Blues will move into the penultimate week of the season with immense confidence. The Hawks' season ends with another significant finals loss; they have now lost four finals in the last two years. While they managed one quarter of dominance, they were unable to convert on the scoreboard during this time; ultimately, however, they were easily outclassed at the contest, losing clearances 32-16 and contested possessions 125-108.
